Existing Urchin users may continue to get support and related services from their software supplier (more often than not a former Urchin Certified Partner) – services which include the facility to have Urchin serial codes reset in the event that an Urchin instance has to be re-installed.

ivantage continues to support a large group of existing Urchin users and, for the foreseeable future, will continue to provide support services including consultancy and training.
