From a beginners point of view this course was a good introduction to Google Analytics, it gave a much better understanding of how to monitor traffic to our website and to ensure it is working efficiently for us. We had onsite training which meant the course could be tailored more towards our own needs which proved invaluable. Our trainer Sharron was very thorough and we were able to learn at our own pace. Would definitely recommend this course for a novice.

Whilst the first day covered many items i already knew, it was great to go over these sections once again and re-affirm my own knowledge. As well as clarifying that what i was already doing was correct. By going over everything once more, in a logical step by step order, i feel more confident using Google analytics. The best part for me, was being able to work with my own google analytics accounts whilst going through the training, rather than just taking notes and trying to unmuddle the information later. Going through and applying the learning there and then meant i had an opportunity to put into practice what i was being told, and question it if i didn't understand it. It gave me much more confidence right from the offset.

The GA course was valuable for both the Global Brand Development team as well as our local markets. Key highlights: - knowledgeable tutor instilled confidence in the local markets - using our brand examples made it relevant and engaging. Showcased power of the tools effectively - tutor went beyond training and gave us advice on how we should set up our account etc which was incredibly helpful We found it a bit long, but if you go over content before hand, decide what is relevant for which members in the audience and structure the training in this way. Guideline book would be helpful as a reference doc post the training, but they do provide the presentatation
